Kellie is an influential and pragmatic senior executive. Kellie is a Partner at Deloitte in Perth’s Financial Advisory – Forensic Practice and a key member of Deloitte Australia’s Security and Justice leadership. She has a proven ability to innovate and transform services across the public sector to better support community outcomes.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Kellie was an Assistant Commissioner with the Western Australia Police Force, a career spanning 36 years, where she led enterprise transformation, strategy and operations. She represented the State of Western Australia at the national level, driving transformation and reform in the justice sector to strengthen public safety. Kellie successfully led cultural change and delivered long-term results as a senior executive in the public sector through the development, implementation and management of robust board-level strategic interventions, policies, and operational practices.

Kellie is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Graduate of Leadership WA, and is an Executive Coach.
